Tawni Sedlak-Franklin

Tawni is a valued member of the Aegis team who has advanced rapidly and is now an actuarial analyst handling a diverse block of cash balance and defined benefit plans. She’s organized and unflappable and operates with professionalism, assurance and skill.

These qualities, combined with her background in development of procedures & quality assurance, makes her our go to person for organization, procedures and just making things work.

She oversees the daily operations and projects, monitors them for performance & compliance and trains staff to use them most effectively.

Tawni has solid academic performance with an AS in Office Administration, Behavioral and Social Science and a BA in Sociology from California State University, Chico. She’s now pursuing her ASPPA credentials.

She was born and raised in Ojai California, a well-known tourist destination with its boutiques, hiking, horseback riding and spiritual retreats. She’s enjoys the opportunity to travel the country, both for the love of seeing new places & meeting new people. She is a big sports fan, played soccer in college and now loves traveling with two daughters for club soccer.
