Barton Fleming

Barton is a consulting actuary with experience in both private sector and government retirement and health & welfare plans. In addition to providing actuarial services to plan sponsors and service providers, he has worked in systems development and programming for both industry and governmental agencies as well as in the financial sector dealing with insurance, investments and benefits administration.

Besides his role with Aegis where he specializes in large corporate and governmental retirement plans, he provides actuarial & consulting services to health & welfare plans through his own firm, BFCS, LLC.

Barton has advanced degrees in international business and romance languages. He has lived and studied in Germany and France and has lived and worked in the United Arab Emirates.
