Tawni Sedlak-Franklin

Tawni is a key member of the Aegis team and an accomplished actuarial analyst, expertly managing a diverse portfolio of cash balance and defined benefit plans. Known for her organization, professionalism, and calm under pressure, Tawni is the go-to resource for enhancing team organization, processes, and operational efficiency. With a background in procedure development and quality assurance, she oversees daily operations and projects, ensuring performance and compliance, and training staff for optimal effectiveness.

Tawni holds an AS in Office Administration, Behavioral and Social Science, and a BA in Sociology from California State University, Chico, and is pursuing ASPPA credentials.

Born and raised in the scenic town of Ojai, California, Tawni loves traveling the country, exploring new places, and meeting new people. A dedicated sports fan, she played soccer in college and now enjoys traveling with her two daughters for club soccer.
